We use the valet service. Definitely worth the nominal extra fee to pull up under cover, have help unloading your bags from the trunk of the car and loaded onto the waiting van. When you return getting off the van with help and having your car waiting for you is a dream. Every one was so helpful and polite.

Enter, park as directed, picked up at vehicle, took to airport, forgot stuff in car, went back to vehicle, and back to airport. All of that happened so quickly and efficiently it will be the only service I use going forward.

I appreciate the promptness. Shortly after arriving, within minutes, the driver was there helping with luggage and providing the receipt for pickup.

Convenient to the airport. It took a bit longer to get picked up this time, about a 25-minute wait. However, extremely friendly and helpful with both loading and unloading. Thank you for your service.

I like the app too but some improvements are needed. When I scanned from my app at the gate it didn't go through. Sometimes the come get me on the app doesn't get the response. I like to book my parking on the app but had some difficulties at times. Mostly works.

We have no complaints! We were very pleased with the shuttle driver. Being elders, we may have needed more help than others. He provided that help and did it with a smile. Being picked up and dropped off at our car was a big plus for us. We certainly will use the service, again when traveling.
