I like the ease to reserve and park. Like that fact that over time you offer discounts for repeat customers. Loved the new check out scanning system. I bring my receipt along with my phone and scan as I exit and that's it! It's awesome. Very secure and safe parking. There are plenty of lights to keep the place well lit.

Upgraded vans and door to door service, great time from car to terminals, much faster than parking on Airport long term parking and walking, especially in summer.

easy, convenient, nice drivers, always a van to take you to the airport within 5 minutes. A little slow coming to pick up you up at the airport though and prices have gone up exponentially.

The friendly staff, 24 hours availability to safely park, excellent customer service with the number of shuttles for pickups and dropoffs. I park at ParkNFly in both LA and Atlanta and both places are managed exceptionally well.

Usually service is good. There still is problem getting into the secondary parking with the gate access.

Both ways our drivers were quickly available. They got us to our destination and helped with our bags. Love Park N Fly!
