Convenient and friendly staff. Got an upgrade to valet- probably because the lot was full, but pick up and drop off was prompt. Our vehicle was ready and waiting when we were dropped off.

It is so easy to reserve and pay online. Pickup is straightforward at gate 4 and relatively timely.

The only downside is distance from the airport.

I had just missed the ParkNFly van coming back to SFO. When another van came around, I was not expecting another person to hop out to help with my luggage. I had been gone for only a couple of nights, so I was traveling fairly light. I just had my backpack and a small tote. It was 8:00 pm in the evening, so traffic had lightened up.

Lou was our shuttle driver from the airport back to the lot. He was excellent. He told us that he had only worked there for 3 1/2 weeks at the time. He went above and beyond his duties. He absolutely refused to let us carry our luggage. He took everything out of the shuttle and even put it in the back of my SUV. He should be commended for that. Thanks again Lou!
