I came out of Park n Fly on 5/6/2018 and the attendant was so incredibly nice! I didn't catch her name but she was working around 6pm - 630pm that day. Please send her these accolades. I have had a tough going with Park N Fly the last time I used this service and she definitely made the frown turn upside down. She should train the rest of your crew on how to handle guests and anticipate their needs.

There is never any wait time for shuttle service. The drivers are always courteous. The parking area is well lit. I travel frequently and alone. I feel very safe when I use Park and Fly.
