The shuttle driver I on the way back was great he found my car quickly and helped us with the our luggage.

We arrive 3:30 a.m. for our 5:15 flight, QR code entry worked, staff immediately told us where to park, bus showed right up (great for insuring getting to the flight on time), helped us load (and unload), and text communication very good, thanks. Same on return at 8 p.m., all good.

Easy entry and easy parking. The shuttle service on both ends of our trip were notably fast and the drivers were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Worth noting that our driver in the return trip, Robynne S., was a breath of fresh air after a 12 hour travel day with kids. She lifted our spirits with her smile and energy and was very helpful.

After using your competitors service for years, it only took one time to change our minds on who we are using from now on. Pick up was what really did it for us. Within minutes you were there as we watched other people waiting for competitor we used to use stand and wait. We actually called uber for a ride back last time with the yellow company it took so long..

We had to wait 15 minutes at the airport before a bus showed up and then we had to wait for the second bus. Also, for the first time, the driver did not pull up to our car (12:30 AM) and we had to walk several cars to get to ours. The quality of your service is one of the main reasons we use your lot and the last two times we had these same issues so I hope this is not a negative trend.

Service is always quick and organized. We never wait long. I like that we’re always picked up and dropped off right at our vehicle and our luggage is loaded for us! The bus drivers are very personable, especially George!

I've never had an issue with Park N Fly. The service to and from the airport is seamless. This last time, I was walking to the area to be picked up and they van was just arriving - I hadn't even called for a pick up yet! Couldn't ask for better service than that.

Registration is quick and easy. Attendants and drivers are professional, personable, and very helpful. They know what they are doing and helpful to their customers.
