I like the personalized service, I like that the shuttles are typically available as soon as I park, and the drivers are friendly and courteous and carry my bag without any expectation of a tip. This last time our driver even deposited our bags into my trunk!
The staff at this facility was super nice from entering their lot and having someone direct me to where to park to the driver that waited for me to park to take me to the airport. When I returned from my trip I only had to wait about 5 minutes. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent service, each and every time. This last trip, a gentleman left his phone in his car and they called back the shuttle to return it to him. I thought that was excellent service. That could have been a tough trip for him without it. It eased my mind that should I be forgetful during travels, Park N Fly has my back! This alone warrants the small fee of valet over self-park.
First, your Oakland's parking lot is very easy to find and enter, with helpful staff member to help pull out the ticket for you and direct you to a parking space. The staff is very helpful and friendly! Also, a great shuttle service to and from the airport. The drivers are friendly and help you with your luggage on and off the shuttle!

All of your employees I encountered helped me a lot, were courteous and friendly and very professional. I got lost trying to find your location, although I was close by - pulled into a gas station and low and behold a Park n' Fly shuttle was getting gas! Told the guy I was looking for your location, he said he would take me there, asked me to follow him. He was wonderful!
Was met by guy at the gate, I asked if there was handicapped parking and he took me to spot right in front and told me to park! Couldn't have been easier!
My suitcase was so heavy I couldn't lift it; the shuttle that stopped by my car to pick me up the guy lifted my suitcase out of my car and loaded onto shuttle! Lifted suitcase off when we got to airport; the employees who helped me on return flight when I arrived at OAK were equally as nice, efficient and courteous! Was very pleased with the service I received and will recommend to my friends! Thank you to all!

It’s right next door to the airport!
Someone always at or near the front gate to direct where to park. Swift pick up from car and assistance with bags. Help with bags upon return. If I had to register a complaint it would be not knowing how long the wait is upon returning flights. You guys need an app SP customers know exactly when the next shuttle is coming.
