Convenience
I was disappointed on my last visit to your facility on Thus-Aug 24th, 5am, when your staff had me haul my golf bag and luggage down the parking lot, several aisles, to a designated areaa that they had a number of your customers meet at for their convenience. There were buses sitting there waiting for us to walk to them instead of the bus driving around to pick us up. That was a major disappointment. The man stood at the bus waving for me to come to them and did not make an effort to assist me.

For that trip, I will rate you a 5 but numerous previous trips have been 10

It is so easy to get to your lot. Your attendant is SO friendly, upbeat, and efficient. I love that the shuttle is always right there ready to go. Every driver has been friendly, respectful, and gets us to the terminal safely. Make sure you tell them they are appreciated and respected by the clients.

We can reserve space and the price is reasonable. Never have to wait too long to be taken to the airport and/or when we're returning from a trip.

Clean fast and effective

It's not a car park service, it's a people service. And the people at PNF Oakland are friendly, helpful, and thoughtful about getting the people on time to their flights and back to their cars to go back home to their families. I'll park no where else.
