This was our first time flying out of Atlanta. We had driving down from Knoxville, TN, to save 40K flight miles for a ticket to Hawaii. Getting to the parking lot, parking, getting on the bus to the airport, and being dropped off right at a luggage check-in, was simple.

I was disappointed though, in that there were no coupons to take advantage of. Also, my flight got in just before midnight which meant I had to pay another day. It would be better if the day were extended to include the last bus after the last flights for the day.

I am unable to get my AAA discount. The website I do not think has allowed me to do that even if I have tried repeatedly. Please help me to get this discount as I have had three trips recently and stayed at your lot but do not think the discount has been applied.

What do you like about our services?

I like the cost savings of parking off site and the fact that I’ve never waited more than 5 min for a shuttle from the airport. And that one time I had to wait was years ago. Normally there is a shuttle right there when I need one! I love being able to get on my way quickly without the mess of the airport traffic.

Always on time...heading to the airport or being picked up!
Friendly--welcoming.
Valet is terrific--car always ready when we drive into the Park .'N Fly lot.
Convenient.
One time I left my computer in the shuttle--the driver quickly took me back to the parking vicinity to pick up the computer and then we immediately headed back to the airport so as to not miss my flight!
