Speed of service
We like arriving and having an attendant (eventual driver) tell us exactly where to park w/o any hunting or waste of time, and within about 5 minutes he/she is there picking us up and asking what air line and giving us our return ticket with the space already marked as to where we parked. On return to the FLL airport we spotted a PNF van and flagged it down and he stopped in a "legal" park area and picked us up even before we arrived at the pickup area; we presented our parking ticket. We stopped a few more times and were off within 10 minutes to pick up our car, and he dropped us off right behind our car with no long walking required, offering to put our large bag in the rear of our car. General courtesy throughout the departure and arrival activities. At the cashier lane we were greeted by an attendant who welcomed us back and gave us two cold waters for our trip back to Ft.Myers.

The drivers are great. They don’t complain that your luggage is too heavy and are very helpful at the airport.

I liked that we were picked up from my car promptly and that they were equally as prompt and helpful when picking us up at the airport,
Every thing was great.
Only complaint was on the day I booked it said I could have 10% off and I didn't get the code/coupon for days after I booked so I assumed it was too late to get the discount.

Both drivers were very friendly and very helpful. I hadn't been to LAX in years, the information they gave me was perfect. I knew exactly where to go when we got dropped off at departures. And the shuttle quickly picked us up after we landed and took us right to our car. Took all the stress off of finding parking and then finding your car when you return. I'll only use Park 'N Fly when I return to LAX. Thank you!

Easy walk to Terminal 1
It was so easy to find and everyone was so friendly. Next time I’d probably do Valet but self park was totally fine. The shuttle picked us up immediately to and from the airport. We left the plane at 3:00PM and were in our car on the interstate by 3:25PM. Can’t beat that!
