They were very determined to make certain the animal vomit smell was removed from my couch cushions. It took a little longer than I expected to complete the job, but the results were worth it. The couch cushions look (and smell!) as good as new.

The two workers who did the carpet cleaning were perfectly nice and did a really good job. Only part I didnt like was when the extra guy showed up and tried to talk me into more services. it was extremely IRRITATING. He walked around my house and pointed out all the things that "could" be cleaned and tried to tell me how I needed it. I called for the only service i WANTED done and did not enjoy that person showing up to try and sell me more services, or walking around my house telling me about the things I needed done. Give me a brocure or something, but dont pester me after I've already called you out, that does not make me want to call you back out and deal with you again telling me about what else you can clean for me.

The technician never moved one piece of furniture. I was told on the phone when i made my appointment, that he would use sliders or bring another person to help move bigger furniture. He didn't even move my floor lamp! I was told that it would take my carpet approx 6 hours to dry. The carpet was cleaned between 8-10am and was still damp at 8 pm. When it did finally dry, it felt crisp.There was debree left along the base boards in my daughters room and the master bedroom even after he vacuumed. I was inquiring about cleaning my upholstery and decided not to at the time. He responded by telling me that he hadn't been properly trained to do so and that a lady at the cleaners did a better job anyway. My question to that response is, why would a company send a technician ,in anticipation that my upholstery would be cleaned ( allotted time was 6-8 hrs I was told) that doesn't even feel confident in his own work. I was shocked that he told me that and I was very glad that I didn't spend $300 to get my couches cleaned. The technician was very nice and had good costumer service, but I feel like he did a poor job overall.
The Tech was right on time, friendly, well informed and very professional. I appreciated his knowledge, he knew exactly what I had done and what had happened ....and that it may take two cleanings to get that spot out.... but the carpet look great and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much!
