The technicians were very thorough, very courteous, and went above and beyond to help us get rid of black mold. I can't say enough good things about those guys.

The technician sent to my house was Daniel. He was much better than any other tech I've ever had from A-Town/Hi-Tech. He was doing such a good job, I let him do my sofas and chairs while he was there. I hoped he would do a good job on them as well, and he didn't let me down. I will recommend him and only him to my friends and family. Thank you Daniel!
My appointment was for 3 pm, the technician didn't show up until after 6 pm. It was starting to get dark and therefore visibility was diminished. It was a very bad experience, it was very frustrating.
My apologies for the technician running late. We were serving a previous customer who needed many more items cleaned while we were already there and on-site. This does happen occasionally and we do our best to contact you ahead of time to keep you informed. If there was something wrong with the technicians production, we would truly, like the opportunity to view the area and at no charge to you, re-clean the area a second time. Please call us and let us know and thank you for expressing your concerns, we will take some corrective actions to try and prevent these types of delays in the future.

You could have responded more quickly to my concern over a very small but obvious spot. Overall, your people did a good job. They were nice to have in our house. I felt strongly that they did not move the bed in my master bedroom, as promised, but I certainly could not prove that. They told me that they did. I am willing to use your company again and simply be more attentive during the process.

You came to the house and did a great job on my couch . I was ready to reupholster it. I had forgotten how pretty the fabric is.

The carpet did not feel clean and one room now smelled terrible had to buy a Kirby to actually clean our carpet correctly
Our carpets had some kid stains that I wasn't sure about coming clean, and we were selling the house. Well, the carpets turned out great - the realtor was very impressed too because he had seen the carpets before and was worried about how the house would look to possible buyers - the house was on market for 3 days!
