THIS WAS THE BEST CARPET CLEANING I HAVE EVER HAD. DANIEL WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. HE CHECKED WITH ME BEFORE HE CLEANED AND TOLD ME EVERYTHING HE WAS GOING TO DO. HE PUT DOWN A SPRAY AND CLEANED IT UP WITH HIS MACHINE THEN HE PUT ON CARPET PROTECTOR AFTER HE RAKED THE CARPET. HE PUT A FAN ON MY CARPET TO DRY IT FASTER. HE WALKED ME BACK THROUGH THE HOUSE FOR ME TO APPROVE ALL HIS WORK. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL AND LISTEND TO ALL MY CONCERNS. I WISH ALL PROFESSIONALS WERE AS KIND AS HE IS. TELL HIS BOSS TO GIVE HIM A RAISE. THIS WAS AN OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE TO ME AND I WILL RECOMEND YOU ALL.

Technician that came to my house was very thourough, and he answered all my questions. I was very pleased when he was finished. He removed all of my stains and asked if I had any more area concerns before he left. The price was a little high but his profesionalism made it a little easier to pay.

When I called to schedule the appointment, you gave me an estimate for the rooms I told you we had. When you got there, you said you would have to charge extra because we had "hallways." Seriously???? Don't most houses have hallways??? When I scheduled the appointment, no one asked me about hallways. I thought that was ridiculous. Then they tried to talk us into doing some sort of protection on the carpet for $100 more, but said it wouldn't be guaranteed against pet stains. How much good would that do us? None.

I like that the communication is excellent regarding appointment arrival time. The tech, Daniel, was knowledgeable and respectful. I trusted him. When John Christian came by, he provided good information for me and helped me afford to add a couple of things that Daniel had suggested. The carpet looks amazing. I couldn't be more pleased.

I appreciate the call to tell me you are coming and that you arrive promptly at the designated appointment time. Your workers are efficient and do not waste time. One item for improvement: being a professional woman (older than the young man who serviced our carpets), DO NOT refer to the customer by pet names such as sweety. I don't like those intimate references from either sex at any business establishment. This is a professional, business encounter and those are inappropriate. Please do not get me wrong; the young man did an outstanding job but this is a small area of improvement.
