Excellent wings! One of the best!
It has been great since we began ordering months ago. The last three visits have had some issues. We order online and we do not see a place for special instructions. The host states that it is there, but does not know where it is. If that placed in a convenient location, that would be excellent.
Don't lie to customers. When your system is down and you can't give rewards don't tell customers next time they come in you can add the points.
Customer service is slow when the restaurant is slow. Too much standing around talking.
A 92 food grade needs some work.

Andrew was super! Polite, attentive and professional he was a breath of fresh air after several subpar experiences in the past. Also, great to see James in back of house...he has always been a great constant in kitchen. B&R
I placed my to go order through the app. Unfortunately, it does not allow you to make special requests. For example, I ordered the chicken avocado flatbread but I like it to be baked well done. I submitted the order and then tried to call the restaurant to ask them to make the crust crispy. But the line was busy for a long time so it never allowed me to make that correction. It would be nice to be able to make comments or request special things (even if we know that you might not be able to accommodate the requests). Most restaurants have this option and I typically do not order from a restaurant that doesn't allow me that option. In the future, I will either call the order in or simply not order from East Coast Wings if I can't make a request for the chicken avocado flatbread.
DeLyn and staff do a great job at the N. Main Street location in High Point. Maria and Brandy do a good job as wait staff.

My wings are always so dry the last few times I have ordered. They have little to no sauce and the the heat level I indicate is never correct. No spice whatsover like they forget to add it. This used to be my favorite wing spot but the inconsistency is disappointing
