One girl was taking care if all tables, cuddos!
I did not know the rating was a C. I ordered online. When I arrived at the location there wasn't anyone tending the desk or the bar. She was in the kitchen. She was not very friendly when she gave me my order.
Great food and friendly service
I put my order in online. I drove 15 minutes to get there for my lunch break. You had one guy working at the cash register, he was waiting on four or five people purchases before he could even go to the kitchen and get my order. The Texas toast was not on the order. I waited another 15 solid minutes for the toast. What should have been a 30-minute round trip ended up being 1 hour with cold wings when I returned to work. The waiter continuously brought his bills for his party's seated in there which were only three tables to him to cash out instead of taking them to the bar to use that register which led to additional wait time. Unorganized
It’s been a while since we have ordered from ECW due to uncooked burgers in the past.
We were very pleased with our meal this time.

The wait staff is exceptionally nice and very helpful and quick with service. The person who always waits on me Haley S. Is one of the best servers I’ve came across in along time going to restaurants. She remembers me and what I order and is always in delightful mood!
The inconsistency of how the food is prepared. I order the exact same
Thing every time I go. When it’s done correctly, they are the bomb. But the last two times I’ve went they just drizzle dressing on the wings (not even coated) with little spices. I always get grand cayman. I don’t know if it’s new cooks or what but it’s off putting and makes me not desire to come back.
I like the quality of the food for the price. You have great lunch specials.
Love the customer service I get consistently from ECW in Kernersville! The rewards are so easy to get as well!

Not run out of Miller Lite. It seems like one in five times you don’t have it on days you are running the $1.75 special. If you are gonna announce the special, shouldn’t you have the product? This is a constant and preventable problem.
