The past several times my family and I have been there, the food was not good. Very disappointing. We loved going, it was one of our favorite spots. Now, not so much. The food needs improvement.
I placed an online order on Friday, Apr 21st between 1pm-2pm. When we arrived to pick it up, we learned about the half-off wings special on Mondays and Fridays. My wife was told that it applies to online and app orders.We did not get half off.
Takes 15 minutes to pay at register if you have rewards. NO ONE knows how to do it. Poor training or they just don't care. Then I get home home and I'm short a garden salad even though she repeated the order back to me. The food is great. The cashiers at the register not so much.
You have no porters or stouts in your entire store. It looks like you could carry one on tap or in a bottle.
Always enjoy eating at ECW & G. Friendly staff and food is great!

My order was fresh and hot crispy and not chewy like some places, my guest enjoyed the kamikazi flavor and will definitely be back for more!

MENU IS NOT WHAT IT WAS PRE-COVID. This particular visit the service was slow. Staff was disorganized. East Coast Wings used to be our go to restaurant chain. I don't expect the chain to survive without revamping the menu to Pre-Covid standards.

I was very satisfied with the promptness of my food being ready after ordering online, the temperature of the food and the taste of the wings was absolutely delicious.
The food is always good and the customer service is excellent.
Food was missing from my order and out of 50 wings we received a small portion of carrots and celery which is not what we usually get so this order did not meet our expectations. It’s not a deal breaker but the attention to detail and common sense is appreciated.
