What could we do to improve?

I ordered five bone-in wings. I’ve never seen wings so tiny! When the wings are that small, they should compensate you with a few more wings.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

While the waitress was nice, the meal took a very long time to serve. Also, the main negative is that when I paid for the check, I used my debit card for the meal while leaving cash for the tip and then saw on my bank app a few days later that I was billed TWICE for the tip on my card as well. I tried calling and there was no answer multiple times. I emailed the company and no answer. I am very disappointed! I would like my 11.00 extra back and my time.
