The food was very tasty but what stood out was the customer service. I placed an online order and upon arrival I was informed that I placed my order at a different location. The manager contacted the other location to cancel my order and placed my order at his location. He rushed the order and I only had to wait a few minutes. I was so appreciative as I was the one who had made the mistake.

Well you have improved a little. We had a good waitress this week. Most times service is slow. Ice in the drinks would be nice.

Boneless wings & variety of sauces are GREAT! Plus signature skillets are yummy & plentiful with food!!! Sure wish the Johnson City location could have stayed open, but I assume the location killed that restaurant.
