Consistency, three time I’ve ordered the same drink and only the first time was it good! The second and third time it tasted nothing like the first time and came in a different size glass.

What do you like about our dining experience?

I have had a lot of wings in the RDU area and ECW are by far the best. The menu has so many options it can be a little dhaunting at first but once you get the hang of it you realize it adds great variety to a typical wing experience that you will want to keep coming back for more.

I have used ECW for catering at two work functions as well and they are a huge crowd favorite.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The service is not as fast and as good as it use to be also the wings were warm in temperature but not hot. We use to visit weekly after they first opened and for a long time after however in the last 6 months service and food have declined.

Nothing, service and quality of food is way better than the Northlake location. Keep it that way and we may eat at this chain restaurant more frequently.
