Service personnel very nice and willing to answer any questions
With a few exceptions, the communication has been very good. I get a call 1-3 days prior to a treatment, and on all but two occasions, the treatment has occurred as scheduled. I feel that TruGreen is proactive by reaching out to confirm appointments, as well as responsive, when I've called to follow-up on missed services.
Pricing was decent, proof of service everytime.

Would suggest however, that when reseeding, more care be taken not to spread seed into flower beds and onto walkways. This was an issue for me this past spring. Have had to spend quite a bit of time pulling grass from the beds and pathway.

I like your communication process keeping client informed by phone and by e-mail. The grass looks great considering how difficult it is to control certain weeds. You are lawn specialists and know what recommendations to make for each individual lawn.

But i am worried about the chemical you are using. I noticed the cucumber i have in the backyard is growing bigger than usual and i have concerns. Is it good to eat it or might cause cancer?

I have had your service for about 3 years now, the grass is very green and well fed, the only thing I don't like is that we still have loads of weeds. The fiesta you use is not strong enough to kill the weeds.
