As long as customers are able to communicate directly with TruGreen Ottawa and not forced to go through the Cambridge Office, I am delighted to give TruGreen a score of 10!
Quite frankly, I was so frustrated with the inability to communicate with TruGreen Ottawa that I really wondered if I should continue to use TruGreen services after many years of fine service!
My advice to TruGreen management "Look after your customers. Give them the right to communicate directly with local offices!

Service technicians always friendly and helpful with full explanations of what they are doing and why. So far, after a season and a half of service my lawns are improving with every treatment and hopefully will keep doing so. Keep up the good work.

Can I have a quote for service this year? Are back yard now has a big pool occupying gar majority of the old lawn.
Your people let me know everything they are going to do and anything I to need to do to keep my lawn in good shape. We have had good comments from some neighbours.
For consistency, I like when I have the same technician on each visit and one that cares about what they are doing and is knowledgeable.
I have had John Rolfe for many of my services and very much appreciate his attention.
I have also had Samer Moussa for the weed intervention recently and he is very good, thorough and also extremely courteous.

The technician is polite and friendly and keeps me informed of what he's doing and also recommends what I should do.
Friendly service with fertilizer, weed control, aeration and overseeding at the right time has given us an excellent lawn.

Staff providing the service are always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Making changes to appointments is never a problem. Weeds are significantly less since starting with TruGreen and grass is better.
