Lawn looks much better
Mike is doing a great job of looking after our lawn. A lot fewer weeds and bare spots than in previous years. We should have signed up for TruGreen years ago instead of trying to do it all by myself. Well done.

The person handling my lawn this year has been very nice to deal with and has done well. All the rain has been a big advantage. Still have some quack grass patches but I am aware that they are difficult to eliminate with current City treatment limitations.

The Lawn Service Tech always calls a day or two before the service to advise of the proposed date which gives me time to ensure the lawn has been recently cut. If there is more time needed to cut the lawn before the proposed service, the Tech will reschedule to meet my schedule. He also points out suggested areas that may benefit from special attention or treatments.
My lawn looks amazing has done a total turn around. Great customer service as well!
Your customer service: they call the day before, they ring my bell to let me know they are here, they ask if I have any concerns, and they close my gate when finished
