I was trying to rate my specialist , Hilf who did my service yesterday. Your website does not allow this. The instructions say to click on the green arrow on the right to begin rating your specialist but NO GREEN arrow show up

My lawn was in terrible shape three years ago, due to the old cedar trees in my yard. Since I had them removed, and contracted with Tru Green for annual fertilizing, weed and pest control, etc., the grass has returned 110%. The Tru Green personnel are great to deal with, polite, and answer any questions I may have. I have no problem recommending this company and will retain their services until I no longer live here!
