He represents your company in the best way possible. He is so friendly, and personalble, interested in doing the best for my lawn. He remembered my previous request no to spray behind my pergola, which is very important to me. On his first visit he gave me great information, about the treatment process, and the results show. I have a great healthy lawn. I would recomend that Rakesh be the roll model for other members of your field team. If i could give him a 12 out of 10 that would be easy to do. Thanks Richard.
