The specialist I had today (Tyler Hayes) was very polite and professional. This is the second time this year that he has applied lawn treatment at my house both times I happened to be home. He takes the time to ring the doorbell and gives a chance for someone to come to the door so that he can address any questions or concerns. I greatly appreciate that as it gives me a chance to speak to someone in person.

I found that there is a communication problem when the customer is told someone is coming and when they actually come. Yes I know that I do not have to be home but I do have two big dogs that have to be brought into the house before the application can be made. Aydan Clancy was very polite and did an awesome job. I am hoping that she will be our technician for this years service.

TruGreen stands behind their treatment plan. When I notified them that the first treatment in the spring was applied before the yard cleanup, they scheduled another application to happen after the spring cleanup had been completed, and I didn't even have to ask! I am very pleased with their performance.
