I ask several questions only because I did not know what the problem was with my trees. Derrick explain to me the condition of my trees with an air that showed confidence and and patience, I realize very quickly this can only come from an company that has expert training classes. I want to congratulate Derrick N because of his professional attitude I will be a customer for life. I only have one request and that is that Derrick remain my technician. I requested a very humble young man to be our Truegreen Lawn Associate and his name is Charnel Joseph. Out of 3 or more Associates coming to manage our lawn Charnel Joseph exhibits knowledge in his field concerning our lawn. He is very respectful and always leave information on what was done to our lawn.
We are so Grateful that all our bucket load of issues as been resolved and we now have Charnel Joseph to service our lawn.
