Friendly service but felt like the service person could have applied a better coat of treatment down. It seemed like a fast and go treatment instead of let me make sure the customer gets the best services.

I just wanted to put in a good word for Derrick N at branch 5050. HE has been treating my yard with our shrubs service for some time now and is very through. HE always makes sure to communicate with us ahead of time to ask if we have any concerns and we appreciate his help. we have a very large yard and large number of bushes so he has to hurry to get it done in the time allotted but always does a great job.

I'm a tad biased because i have friendship ties to the management of a TruGreen near me. Even so, I find the prices for the services to be fair, and it truly feels like a "set it and forget it" service. On top of that, my personal technician is a fantastic guy whom i've had a nice chat or 2 with when i was actually home during a service call. He answers all of my questions and is always kind and helpful when i get to see him. Thank you.

Mosquito control was done and appears not to be in control.
Was unable to be on the deck yesterday due to the mosquitoes.
When does some come out to analysis my lawn, when I restarted this plan I was told someone would take a soil sample and get to me but I have not heard from anyone yet. My service technician, Troy, continues to be awesome. I remain with Trugreen solely because of his efforts. I am able to communicate with him and he assists me whenever necessary to receive the services necessary to get my yard done in a timely and efficient manner. He's the only technician I allow to service my yard and his results continue to be great. Have little or no indication of pre-emergent growth so far this year and he hit it again yesterday which should ensure that continues into the spring and summer. He's the best I've had here in 13 years. Hoping he stays with Trugreen. Thx Troy for all your help. Mike Molosso
