I submitted a review earlier but had the wrong specialist name. ANTHONY F did such a fantastic job for us today. The yard has been looking a little rough lately. Anthony arrived for our Lime application. He did a once-over of the yard and noticed we had mole crickets. I asked if there was any way he could take care of that for us today. I did not realize we had the pest service as part of our plan. He took the time to look up our account on his own as he was trying to add the pest treametment to our account while he was here. He discovered we already had the service. Luckily he had the necessary treatment on his truck and applied it to the yard. He then added to our account that we had mole crickets in order to make sure it was followed up on. That is GREAT customer service and from this customer who has contemplated moving to another company due to the condition of our yard, this will keep us just a bit longer to see if we see a turnaround. We can not thank you enough Anthony for taking your time today and actually looking at the condition of our yard and offering assistance. This takes us back to the type of service we used to get roughly 5 years ago.
