chris hsieh does a great job, lets me know what he puts down and what its going to do and how long its going to take ,also to be careful on the grass til it drys and when i should water.Its the easist way to take care of a lawn.

I have seen overall improvement in my lawn sta reasonable price. However, since I was not home when service was performed, I don't know if all areas of my lawn were treated. There are four different lawn areas in my yard. Sometimes at least one of if not two of the areas are not treated. I would appreciate if each of these areas would have a ecently treated flag.
I have observed my shrub tratments and the technician is very thorough. She does an excellent job.
Is there a way to return reatment flags for reuse?

Specialist # 1706, Ross Stanley, has been helping provide excellent customer service to my account and lawn for over 7 years now. He does a thorough, superb job at controlling weeds, treating the turf with tender-loving care, and providing advice & tips that help me throughout the year. I personally do NOT have a green thumb, so I'm glad that he & Trugreen do, thanks!
Ross (David) Stanley always lets me know he is here and what the plan is for the yard at the time of his visit. He is always affable and considerate and efficient. It is a pleasure to have him taking care of my yard...and I am always delighted to see him. Last month, I had to complete the survey by phone because I had injured my arm. I realize that David did NOT receive the $10.00 gas card from that survey..and I would like for him to receive that one as well as the one for today's survey. He is a hard-working gentleman and deserves special recognition.

For the past few years the TruGreen Techs got worse and worse! Our Grass has been horribly neglected and our yard has many weeds! The last Survey I gave you ALL ZEROS and said I wanted the same Tech to do my yard that does Commercial Properties! Well guess what? Charles Jones was sent to my Home Monday with the Commercial Lawn Machine and he was Awesome! My yard has NEVER been Sprayed like he did it Monday with that Commercial Lawn Machine! I am giving him ALL PERFECT SCORES! He said he was going to be maintaining our Lawn most of the time! Keep up the Great Work! Your people actually listed to me and finally did their job!
