I have been waiting for the TruGreen Management Team to get in contact with me in reference to an incident that occurred on June 9. A Service Representative came to my home to complete an aeration treatment and busted my sprinkler line in front of my water meter. I had to have plumber repair and install a 3/4 pex. The total for this repair was $295. Is it possible to seek reimbursement for the cost of the plumber?
My service technician takes a great deal of pride in the way my yard looks. Anytime I am home when he comes by I look forward to talking with him. He pays close attention to the yard and is willing to discuss even the most simple detail. He regularly comments that I have the nicest yard in the neighborhood and it is obvious that he takes great pride in that. Excellent service!

I understand that the service industry is a tough business. Employees are only as good as their training and clients usually look at service companies through their last dealing with an employee. The last employee that I dealt with paid attention to their training.
