Radnick came by earlier this month and really did a good job. He was courteous and informative and also spot sprayed some persistent weeds for me.

Note: Weed spots in yard were sprayed with some chemical by your agent. These sports are turning these grass spots brown. Chemical is killing both weeds and grass. Not good.

It is ok however would like the technician to spend a little more time placing the chemicals.
Last couple times I have seen him doing it in 5 minutes and not in all of the areas as it should be.

You've done an excellent job for the past 13 years. Many neighbors ask how we keep the lawn so beaurtiful. I can't lie so I tell them it was your fault.

1).The granular fertilizer was applied however due to the exceptionally heavy rainfall that day and on the next two days following, it is likely that all your granular chemicals were washed away. Due to the slope it probably washed into the street. It should probably be reapplied.

2). I have noticed that some weeds have sprung up and look unsightly. Do you have any treatment to get rid of the weeds without killing the lawn?

The service is regular and efficiently performed.

PROBLEM: There has been regular treatment of various chemicals on the lawn and it started to look very good in late spring and early summer. NOW there is an abundance of very obvious new weed growth across the front lawn. There 2 remaining treatments pending for the yard.

HOWEVER - I want the current weed problem corrected as we go far in the next few months.

Always available for questions over the phone and the service specialists always notifies us when they arrive and readily answers any questions while on site.

Chaz Smith is the tech that comes to my house most of the time. He is outstanding, friendly and knowledgable.
