Mark Chester answered my questions and explained what he was doing to control the weeds and what I could expect.
Service is complete. If I see the technician working in my lawn he is always available to explain what he is doing and why. Some times IO point out problem areas in the lawn. They normally get fixed or move to a fix. Some problems take many application to fix. It does get done.
All but one type of weed is gone from my lawn and it has filled in much more than I ever thought it would
The technicians who do the service are willing to answer any questions and are very friendly.
I have previously asked to be notified when a service is to be performed so if I want to mow the grass I can do it before the service is to be done.
Mark knows my lawn and is always easy to talk to.Mark is only person I want to do my lawn he does a excellent job.

The man who does that is very good at closing the gates as he enters and leaves, unlike the one who does the fertilizer treatments. He leaves them ALL OPEN AND MY DOG GETS OUT. I still have some mosquitoes, maybe not as many.
