Trugreen responded in a timely manner when called about weeds on the lawn. The workers in the office are professional and courteous. There are no weeds on my lawn due to Trugreen's good job.
I like that you communicate electronically about when the service will occur, the location and arrival time of the tech, and the fact that the treatment details are available online via PDF format so that I have a complete record of all treatments.

If I have to recommend your company to any of my friends who are home owners with lawn I will advise them to be at home when the technician comes so that they can monitor how. the lawn is being sprayed.

The grass is looking 95% weed feed, I still have some onion plants coming up through the grass and weeds on the edging. They are not leaving the notice of service on the door. I would suggest the person applying the chemical take their time as they are applying to the grass.
