My recent lawn care service was done when you said you'd do it. The service team let me know they'd arrived at the house, and also again when they were done, this allowed me to speak to them about what they were going to do.
I appreciate very much having Eddie Abernathy heading up my lawn care team, as over the years I've found him very good about what he does, but also is very helpful when I have questions about my lawn.
The past couple years when you sent various service technicians to our house has been frustrating at best, to the point I was ready to change to a different lawn care service; but now I'm confident again with the return of Eddie A. to take care of our lawn.

Tru green has been doing a great job with our lawn. When they started it was thin and dying. There were large spaces of poor coverage. They explained that a tract of grass around our tree could migrate and fill in the spaces with the correct fertilizer. This continues to occur as we see new grass spreading throughout the lawn. They also continue to do great weed control. We are veryy pleased with this service.

You always call a day before coming out. You are reliable and efficient. Reps are friendly and always answer any questions that I might have.

Technician spread application evenly & in a timely manner
Manuel Renteria is now my Technician and has serviced my lawn the past three applications. This is the first time in 6 years with TruGreen I have had the same technician more than twice. This has allowed Manuel to know specifically the area of my yard to be serviced, ability to analyze what could have been done better previously, and understand my expectations so he can better prepare for future services.
Manuel Renteria is a professional and does an outstanding job. He listens, offers advice, and takes action as necessary.
