I like your service but I am no longer getting the automated phone call letting me know a service is being done the next day. I used to get them at first but don't get them any longer.
Also, the specialist today left my side gate open. I have a dog and luckily I discovered the open gate before the dog could run out.

The technicians who come to the house are professional and knowledgeable. They have been very good about answering my questions and offering advice. I am disappointed in not being able to get in contact with a professional lawn expert over the phone and instead appear to be dealing with someone who is just taking information and passing it on. As example, I had a question regarding whether Trugreen has an application for eliminating bent grass in my yard. The contact person on the phone said they would send someone out. A few days later a technician arrived and was putting weed control down. I stopped and asked him if this was in reference to my bent grass question. He had no knowledge of that and was told we had a weed problem. A straight forward communication could have saved a lot of time for everyone involved.
