i am not sure aboutthings in general. I DONT TALK TO OPERATORS,so i am not sure the areas of concern are being dine. I STILL HAVE A BIG MOLE PROBLEM,,EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR YOUR MOLE SERVICE, THAT DIDNT DO ANY THING FOR MOLES. I STILL HAVE TO MUCH QWAKE GRASS PROBLEM, NOT MUCH GOT KILLED OFF. II WOULD LIKE THESE PROBLEMS SOLVED, AS THE EXPENSE TO TAKE CARE OF IT IS HIGH, FOR NOT GETTING THE RESULTS. ACE HARDWARE CAN DO IT FOR ME FOR A LOT LESS, THEY WILL COME AND DO IT,IF I BUY FROM THEM, THEY HAVE A GUY THAT DOES THIS FOR THEM AS HIS SIDE JOB, SOUNDS INTERESTING, HE CANT DO MUCH WORSE,GETTING RID OF MOLES THAT TEAR UP YOUR LAWN OR KEEP THE BAD GRASSES IN CHECK, SO IT DONT LOOK LIKE FLORIDA GRASS OR FEEL LIKE WEEDS CLOSE TO THE GROUND AND HARD TO WALK ON, THATS THERE GRASS, NOT WI OR MINN GRASSES.
I always receive a call indicating when service is going to occur. When I have had questions about particular problem areas in my lawn, I always receive prompt attention to the areas in question.
