The young man who sprayed our lawn, was extremely a professional.
Your technician was very willing to work around our scheduled parking lot sweeping we had set for the same day your tech was on the property. ( I was not aware your tech would be here that day. It's not a bad thing or your part, just might be inconvenient as we don't allow vehicles on the property during the lot sweeping. Lot sweeping company started much later than was scheduled, which worked out ok for your company.) I appreciate your technician's attitude and easy manner of dealing with that scheduled mtc. work.
When the farm across Valley High was demolished about three years ago, we were hit hard with the dandelion seeds and it's been an eye sore for tenants and the Management Company. Titan and The Hylands takes great pride is this property to keep it looking its best.
I have every confidence with Tru Green preforming the weed control and Rich with Better Lawns mowing The Hylands, this property will once again be back to it's weed free lush lawn of the past.
School will be out soon, children love to be outside to play on the lawn. If possible, please notify me 24 hrs. in advance of a treatment so I can notify tenants to stay off the lawn. (only if the treatment is something that requires humans/pets to be off till dry.)
