Honestly, half the time I don't even know you guys come here and work. I only know you've been here by the little signs left around after fertilizing and all the little pellets I see in the grass. keep up the good work, I would definitely recommend trugreen for any business as far as lawn care if concerned. Trugreen does amazing work to be able to show up and not be seen by me. you do good work and I trust the employees you have to do their job and my grass is definitely green because of you.

Services provided by TruGreen seem to be a good value thus far. I requested to have my trees and shrubs sprayed, which was promptly taken care of. Problem was that we received a heavy rainfall the same afternoon of the treatment. I called a good week later to see if they would spray again at no charge due to the rain and was pleasantly surprised that the service was repeated at no additional charge. I would say that is a good value! My only complaint is the constant emails about signing up to have mosquitoes sprayed for. I go in the house when their active.

I have used various services through the many years that I have been a customer and have always been satisfied.
This year I tried the organic lawn service. I would not recommend it to anyone. I have never had so many weeds in my yard and it is more expensive than the regular plan.
I want to switch back to the regular plan immediately.

The specialist, Matthew Stutzenbrug (67480), that came to our property last week (7/12/18), was by far the BEST! He was by far the most knowledgable and friendly person we have ever had ... and we have been with TruGreen for quite a few years. He should be recognized by your company verbally and financially. A fine employee who was extremely polite, friendly, and knowledgeable in his field.
Just letting you know that Tyler Amich did a great job yesterday with introducing himself, explaining that he was training an employee (Josh) and also letting us know what he would be doing. We appreciate the continued excellent service.
My yard looks green and lush without any dandelions or weeds. The service techs who do the care of my lawn are careful around my flower beds and remind me about letting my dog out when it is safe to do so.

Andrew Jarowsky rings the doorbell to let me know he is going to be on the property and asks if I have any concerns. If I have any concerns, he is very thorough with his explanations. He appears to be very efficient when he fertilizes, i.e. straight lines whereas when my neighbor has his property fertilized, there are areas that almost look haphazard according to the tire tracks. I like the efficient automated computerized phone service when paying my bill. I like the automated phone call that alerts me to when the lawn is going to be fertilized. Keep up the good work.
