Everything that was done worked very well.
Trugreen lets us know when and what they will be spraying for in the next few days. That gives time to make the calendar, keep the dog inside on the day of spraying. They always leave a note on the door with what was sprayed and any other directions for watering.
In addition, the service people are always friendly and answer any questions.

I love Trugreen and their excellent services. I have both Lawn and tree programs with them.
I don't see any other place to point this out. I changed the credit card to the 9223 one on Dec 21, 2021. That somehow fell through because I also selected full payoff at that time. So now I have done it a second time and I hope that it works - if a third time, I'm done.
Now when I receive this bill I am confused - why did you not use the new credit card? The old one 9869 was discontinued several months ago. I know that I set the new one up because it is in your system. I guess I missed something on your web site. But I really think someone should pay attention to what the web site says or why have it?
2) I received an email stating that I had changed the address. Not so, the address was wrong and the site will not change it. Our address is 2105 Driskell Ln, Corinth, TX 76Phone number removed. There is no address in Denton, TX, that is 2105 Driskell Ln nor 2105 Driskell Dr. - we live in Corinth, not Denton and we live on Driskell Ln, not Dr. You can tell the USPS to pound sand regarding Denton because we DO NOT live in the City of Denton and it is NOT our address. It never was and it still is not.
Our technician today Marshall R was really nice and did a good job of spraying our yard.
He listened to what we had to say.
Just a shout out to Marshall R for his latest service of my yard. Normally the work done by your specialists is not obvious to the untrained eye and I don't usually get to talk to the person, so I'm not inclined to provide feedback. But this last visit involved applying a product that clearly showed the coverage and I was impressed with his work. Good work!!
Your specialist, Tirell did a great job!!! He was quiet respectful and finished the application with no hassles.
However, I think we need to have our yard remeasured as it appears to be about 1/2 that did not receive any treatment. We have a large yard on the end of a street.,

Amanda Graham serviced our Trees and shrubs Friday. She was outstanding. Amanda explained everything she was going to to do and how that would help the growth. She is very knowledgable and did a wonderful job.

She provided great care in applying the fertilizer and ensured that everything was done in a safe manor.
