My grass looks great!! What I don't like is Trugreen changing the price without first contacting me to let me know they are going up on the price. I do like if I report that the technician did not perform a service on my lawn. TruGreen will get someone out as quickly as possible to remedy the situation and will not charge me.

One note of concern for you for the last time the Trugreen specialist serviced our house (05/20/2022) is the fact that I DID NOT receive any notification in advanced about the specialist coming to do his/her work at my house.
This is why this bothered me:
* I usually keep the entrance to the backyard, locked (for security reasons) - by mere coincidence, the lawn had been mowed on the previous day and I hadn't placed the locks yet when your specialist came on the next day.
* I have a large Mastiff dog that usually stays outside on the backyard when the weather is nice. Thankfully the dog was inside when your specialist came that morning. Could you imagine what would have been the case/surprise had he/she come in to find the dog there?
I called your 1-800 number to express my disappointment with this and have requested to receive notification(s) in advance to know when Trugreen will come to service my lawn, so I can do the proper arrangements on time!
A year ago, our yard was a complete mess with horrible weeds. TruGreen has turned that around with periodic treatments in a timely, scheduled manner. The employees have wonderful communication with me and show up on time for our treatments. Thank you.
