Now that you have a new system, it's easier to manage my account. I have better control over my billing and my scheduled services etc. Six months ago or more, it appeared that your company was falling apart much like Sears before the company folded. The agents would assure me that my account was in good standing but needless to say my account was sent to a collection agency. I've been with TruGreen for over 15 years, Chicago and now Texas and never have I experienced miscommunication like I did in that 6 month to a year time frame.
