The tech was out to our home for a scheduled bush treatment. He saw a couple of mosquitoes and knew we had the plan so he treated that as well. Great customer service!!

They came and did our mosquito spray and didn't do the back yard because of dog.

Darleen called me the first thing this morning to speak to me about my complaints with Tru Green's lack of being able to directly contact the company vis a vis going thru a call center which is very frustrating and a waste of time. She listened to my concerns and offered to send out a qualified person to look at my lawn next week At this point I am not dissatisfied with the local folks but will wait and see how they preform. I was within a whisker of canceling the service before Darleen got involved..

Then Trudy called to advise he would not be coming and my service would be rescheduled.

Everybody else leaves gates open and my dog could get out.

If I don't receive my request I will change to another lawn service!!!

I enjoy the services that some of your employees offer. Over the years, 15-17, Darlene has listened to my complaints and compliments of the services I've had. I have her on caller ID.
There are a couple techs I prefer, Michael and Clayton, thank God Michael is better, and
for as long as I have been with you i think I deserve them....There are seven homes/yards
within my sight that use TruGreen because of me n my yard. Service is one of the last things
we all have to offer, please don't take it for granted. Still don't understand why my area
supervisor, Allen Conway wouldn't return my calls but at this time I've been responded to
by some of the most friendly, competent and professional service people, I appreciate them.

Darleen was very helpful when I explain the situation and she took care of me she is a good asset to you guys

We give the specialist James Graham a 10 rating on his service call, the time he will spend to answer any questions you have and also spending time on doing our yard. We like that you do reservice steps on our yard if we notice weeds not going away, no change in yard after step, etc. or if a specialist that was sent out has done a poor job on our yard. James has done a great job on both times he has done service on our yard. Prior specialist did a very very poor job on our yard.

Had a little problem getting my third service. Specialist Robert Barnes insisted we were due a second service. We got it corrected finely. Specialist Keith Brantley came today and completed our third service. He did a great job. Thank you and especially thank Keith. Your back at a 10 points rating with me.

Take me informed and do what they said they were going to do in a timely manner.

The work is done quickly and efficiently and it is effective. I have been very happy with TRUGREEN services and will continue to use them.

On time and are polite. Usually don’t know they are finished with the job and hang the tag explainig what was done on this visit.
