River Overose treated our yard on 8/3/2021. I reviewed him after service, giving him a 1-star rating because I did not think that he had sprayed for weeds. I was mistaken. He had treated for weeds, and the weeds are dying. I would like to change my rating to 4-star. Please update his file with this revised rating.

Prompt, call ahead of time. Seldom any problems if ever.

The majority of the time they do great. Sometimes I get irritated by multiple phone calls pushing the mosquito program. This last time Dustin Faust did exactly what I requested. He called before to make sure the dogs were not out. I told him what gate to use. I also told him about nutsedge in the backyard. He sprayed that and it is pretty much eliminated. He also told me what to do before I let the dogs back out.

We like your service because all of you do a great job! We have the most beautiful green lawn on our street and the "bug" spraying helps sooooo much.
