One small criticism: Our specialists failed to leave signs in the yard to warn the neighbors that our lawn had been sprayed. This is the first time this has happened. All or our neighbors, including us, have pets that visit each others yards.
Not terribly expensive. My lawn is green and weed free thanks to Marcus Rudolph.He is very knowledgable.
On my ticket, it said that there was a tab on the right side, "Rate Your Specialist," and "Click on service to begin." There wasn't a tab on the right, just this feedback tab on the left. Regardless, Giovanni Ortiz gets a 10/10 for professional, courteous service, despite the kids running all around the yard while he was here!

We've been in florida for 3 years, using green solutions, southern lawn care, and now trugreen. We finally have someone who takes pride in their work and it shows, Doug Mitchell has turned my lawn around and has done an amazing job!!

When I agreed to start service I requested that the applications be dropped with a spreader, not sprayed. The past services have been sprayed.
Please acknowledge that in the future they will not be sprayed.

I like that when I call about an issue , you send someone out to check it. After a year the improvement in the lawn is tremendous.
