Exceptionally friendly and capable lawn technicians.
David Jonas was very helpful and very friendly. He explained exactly what he was doing and exactly what I needed to do to make sure my lawn would show the best results. He planted much needed plugs in my yard and it already looks much better. He did a quality job and did not rush through the work, but was done in a timely manner. He is an excellent employee and I look forward to seeing him again in the future! Thank you, David!
Your service person was very professional and courteous . He rang our doorbell to announce his presence and introduce himself to us. He told me what he was going to do. He also asked me if I had any concerns with our lawn. When he was finished with the lawn service, he rang our doorbell again and let me know he was finished, shook my hand and with a very friendly voice said, "See you next time", and bid us farewell. Good employee. Don't let him get away.
David got here on time, and did what was he was supposed to do.

Mr. Jonas rang the bell to let me known he was on the property and explained what he was their to do. He confirmed that I understood and ask if I had any questions. We talked about aerating in Florida Lawns for a few minutes and he began his task. He notified me when he was done. Mr. Jonas was very professional through out.
Shrubs were dying and I was not pleased with that fact. I called Trugreen about this and they responded quickly and I am quite satisfied with the results so far.
We are new to TRUGREEN, just been with you a few months , but so far we would recommend your service. Our lawn is looking better and the flowers are starting to have new growth. Like what your employees tell us each time they come, we know what they will be doing.
Shannon Skeans,Specialists, was very friendly and professional. I observed him fertilizing the shrubs and trees. I was very pleased with the work and I have seen a difference in the plants the past few months. Shannon took the time to answer my questions and explain what he planned to do in treating the plants. I was very pleased with the overall work. Also I appreciated receiving a call the day before alerting us that you would be arriving the next day. Thank you for the courtesy call and the good work.
Carlos was very informative which was much appreciated since this was our first treatment. He explained the treatments he applied during the visit and what could be done to remove the Bermudagrass that has started growing in our St. Augustine grass.

We take pride in the appearance of both homes we own in North Lakeland. The yards are a major part of the general good grooming of the neighborhoods. I took care of the lawns myself for a long time, always guessing what was needed and when to apply various products. Last year I started having Scotts take care of the yards. When the service changed to TruGreen we continued this monthly service at both properties. The wife and I have been very pleased with the appearance of our yards and the good service from the Cody Raines our TruGreen Specialist.
David was very nice and helped me understand the benefits of his aeration service.
The tree and shrub specialist always gives me great advice on taking care of my tree and shrubs.
We have had a fungus area in our lawn and Matthew has been very helpful in guiding us through the remedy. He has been paying close attention to it and has treated it well. We believe he stopped it from spreading and it should recover in the Spring. We appreciate his thoroughness.

Have Received Consistently Excellent attention for my lawn and shrubs. Today with a shrub treatment by Mr. Paul Brown, Branch 5100, Extended that streak. Paul was professional but friendly and addressed a concern I had relating to the watering of a shrub.
