Christopher Rodriguez was great during his last visit. He took the time to answer my questions and was very thorough with his explanations. I would've thought he was the owner based on how he seemed to care about my experience and my concerns.

The technicians and services have been pretty consistent, in a good way, over the years. I have been asked by neighbors who services my lawn. I have recommended them to Trugreen. Although it would not show as I require either their phone number or email address to formally refer them. So I just have them call.
