Since Antonio Deleon was assigned to us, we seem to be on track again for the service we signed up for. Apparently the original Team member was let go and or quit on us leaving our lawn with no progress and actually making it worse.
Antonio put our minds at ease and promised he would take care of us.

I have security cameras all around my property which start recording movement and send me constant text messages to my phone alerting me. I keep asking that I be notified. I like the service but if I cannot get a call by the technician I will have to cancel the service.

I have been a customer for a little over a year now. My initial experience was not so great. The weeds exploded and expanded! The problem was that new technicians came each month, and never took the time to learn about my lawn and to apply the correct chemicals.
After several months of discontent and reaching out to customer service without result, Mike Bianchi, a service manager, provided my husband and I with a personal home visit. He assured me that I should give TruGreen another try, and that he could place a great Tech on my route to consistently service my lawn.
