The chemicals actually work. I just signed up for mosquito spray which I was very very skeptical. Well, it has been a week or so since they spray and now see little to no mosquitos. I also got the spray at the end of last year that was suppose to have the grass retain water to keep it greener longer. Well that did work also.
Have also been aTerminx customer and also happy with that service
You call in advance with at least 24 hours notice so if I have made arrangements to have my lawn cut I can avoid any conflicts.

Looks greener and healthy, I do think the nitrogen in the rain helped but that just activated what you put on. How do we expect green grass when we water with City BEACH water? I don't get it, and we drink that stuff!

Took his time to explain the reason for his visit. and when leaving he wrote on a separate piece of paper all the places he addressed on this visit. What a guy! He is tech of the month in my book. Keep up the good work Raymond.

I spent a fair amount of time with Harry, my Ft. Myers branch technician, explaining my present situation and pointing out the problem areas (essentially bare spots) in my lawn. Harry was very receptive to my concerns and agreed that the larger spots could be "plugged" to improve and eliminate the problem. Especially effective at this time as the "rainy season" is now underway. In the past I had to bring the previous technicians attention to other problem areas in my lawn such as nut sedge and dollar weed infestations and request that a special effort be made to eradicate these weeds. Harry appears to be very knowledgeable and noted that he would monitor these problem areas in the future if he becomes my assigned technician. I would like to request that Harry be permanently assigned as my TruGreen lawn technician
The emails advising of service are nice. The personnel who have serviced my house were very customer friendly ( those who I met and talked to)

Andres was very nice and knowledgeable. I am giving him a 10 for my interaction with him. The rating for TruGreen in general is still out for debate at this time. I am working with them and at this point they have responded to my concerns. I am hoping that they can get the issues resolved so I can rate the overall company a 10.
You let me know by phone when you are coming and leave a report when done. Trust that you are using good chemicals to keep bugs under control and lawn green.
If I have a problem in my yard TRu GREEN will take care of it.
