Very easy to follow up tech advises for lawn maintainance. In my case I will like to have the same technician all the time. Frailin Ynoa #54103 is so knowledge of my lawn that he was the reason why I signed for a year contract.

I wish to compliment your company to have the employees that you do. Excellent. Two employees stand out to me. Sharby Fils Aime and Joseph Battles. both are excellent in their work, appearance ( even though I consider this to be a dirty job) and courtesy. They always try to give me great tips. I have a husband who has Dementia and a German Shephard and these two gentlemen always put up their signs where I can see them and know that they have been here. I had the Fire Ant application and it is the first time for me and my pet. I am glad to know that the chemicals that you use for this application are safe for my "big guy". Incidentally, My dog, Baron loves both of your employees and that is a definite "plus" in my book. As a retired flight attendant of almost 40 years, I appreciate GREAT customer service and these two employees provide me just that. Professional technicians
Edgar does a great job. Our lawn looks beautiful thanks to his good work with True Green. I have talked to him several times and he has been very polite and answered all my questions in a professional manner. Today I was noticing how good our lawn looks and decided to log in and say thanks.

I had a service agent at my house today his name is Daniel Leveque--I learned more from him about the condition of my lawn than any since I started in 2014 with this company--I now know why I have the problems with the weeds etc.

Raul was here yesterday to treat the plants. He is a super nice person. He has great communication skills and is easy to interact with. He answered a question about my Palms that was on my mind. He is also great with my dogs. They don't even bark at him. They are a good judge of character. Please tell Raul how much we appreciate him.
