I have been very satisfied with just about everything since we signed up with Tru Green. The calls to remind us, the great results of our lawn being green and without weeds, and the easy way to pay. This last time there was one thing I noticed. They used granules to do the lawn treatment which is fine. The problem was I found several granules all over the driveway and the back porch. We have a lot of grandkids coming over and I didn’t know if it was safe. Other than that, I have loved the service we have received.

I just wanted to let you know what a good experience I had with the gentleman who treated our lawn this past Friday.

He looked very professional and was very courteous. I had some items on the lawn that needed to be moved because I had forgotten about the treatment. He offered his help which was very considerate.

He left a nice personal message on our invoice that was complimentary about our lawn and it added a personal touch.

I haven't seen a dandelion in my lawn for years! Actually, ever since I started with you. And your office listens to concerns I have, and passes those on to the yard technicians. You guys are great!

I thought you had a referral program. i refer people to you all the time. I know that my daughter is on your services, but I don't think I ever got any credit for the referrals. I'd love some cash back if you still do that!

I do have one issue that continues. We have three areas to our lawn, the front yard, backyard and an extension to the yard in the northeast corner. They always miss the northeast corner. The only time it gets treated is if I happen to be home when the technician comes. Trugreen is great about having someone come back and treat that part of the yard
But the added time and exasperation could be eliminated with better communication with the technicians.

After having a couple troubles with some service calls the GM came out to access what the problem was and got a tech out the next day and finished the job. They offered my a discount and extra product for the trouble I had had.

You guys are great! Every technician that has come to my home has been very courteous and willing to answer any of my questions. This young lady was among them.

We have just had our first treatment (feeding trees and bushes). Already seeing a difference. Can't wait to see First name removed results for treating once our trees are treated for insects.
