I appreciated being able to talk with our lawn service technician, directly, the day before the service.

The serviceman will always stop at the door and talk to me about what he is going to do. And if I have a question he will always take the time to listen to it and give advice.

There is also something about the main office that doesn't seem to get the idea, and that is my neighbor who used to receive services along with me stopped over a year ago, and every now and then the serviceman will tell me he is going to do next door too, and I have to tell him they are no longer receiving the services anymore and to make sure the main office gets that information. So Please remove his service because I am not going to pay for it.
